## Common questions

### How fast will you call me back?

The same day. If you call or send the form before 6 PM, you hear from us that day. After 6 PM, expect a call first thing the next morning.

### Are you really open on Sundays?

Yes. We are open Sunday through Saturday, 6 AM to 6 PM. Storms do not wait for Monday, and neither do we.

### Are estimates free?

Yes. We come out, measure, and give you a written price with no cost and no pressure.

### What size gutters does my house need?

It depends on the size and pitch of the roof and how many valleys feed into each run. Many Charleston homes do best with 6 inch seamless gutters because of how hard it rains here. We measure and tell you straight. See seamless gutters.

### How often should gutters be cleaned around here?

At least twice a year: in spring after the live oaks shed, and in late fall after the pines and hardwoods drop. Under heavy trees, more often, or add gutter guards.

### Do you do more than gutters?

Yes. We repair soffit, fascia, and wood rot, install drainage and French drains, install and repair siding, pressure wash, trim branches off the roofline, and clean dryer vents.
