Privacy Policy
How GutterWorks collects, uses, and protects the information you share through this website, in plain English.
Who we are
This website belongs to GutterWorks, a gutter and exterior services company serving the Charleston, South Carolina area. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean GutterWorks. You can reach us at office@gutterworkssc.com or (843) 998-9522.
What we collect
When you send our quote form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the job address and area, what you need help with, your message, how you prefer to be contacted, and any photos you choose to attach.
Like most websites, our server also records basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, give you an estimate, schedule and do the work, and follow up about that job. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run the website and send email.
Photos you send
Photos attached to the quote form are stored on our website, attached to your request, so we can review the job. They are not shown on the website. If you would like them deleted, email us.
Cookies
Our site sets two small first-party cookies that remember how you found us, like a Google search or a link from another site. If you send a quote request, that tells us which of our marketing is working. They hold no personal details, and they expire after 30 and 90 days.
If we add analytics tools such as Google Analytics, they may set their own cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Job photos on our website
Photos of our work may appear on this site. We never show a customer's name or street address with them.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you, handle warranty questions, and meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we need to keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Email office@gutterworkssc.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
