Branches that hang over the roof drop debris into your gutters and scrape shingles in every storm. We trim them back from the roofline. When siding is damaged or rotting near the gutters, we repair or replace it in James Hardie fiber cement or vinyl.
Dryer vents clog with lint over time, which makes your dryer work harder and is a real fire risk. We clean the vent line out to the exterior cap while we are already at your house.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?
Not the way we do it. Siding, painted wood, and screens get a low-pressure wash with the right cleaner. High pressure is saved for concrete and surfaces that can take it.
How often should I wash my house in Charleston?
Most homes look best with a wash once a year. Shady sides and homes near the water may need it more often because mildew grows faster there.
Do you install new siding?
Yes, both James Hardie fiber cement and vinyl, from small repairs around the roofline to full sides of the house.
